How to reset OneOdio headphones?

Press and hold the volume up and down button simultaneously for 7 seconds after power on to clear the Bluetooth record.(for A70)

How to connect OneOdio headphones bluetooth(OneOdio A70)?

Here are the step for pairing a wireless device:

1) Keep the headphones and the mobile phone/music player within one meter of each other when pairing,

2) Press the 'on' button until it flashes red/blue alternately, it is then in bluetooth mode and can be detected by your phone or laptop.

3) Turn your IOS, Android, or Windows device’s Bluetooth on and select " OneOdio A70" from the list of found devices.


If you do not connect successfully, please confirm the below tips:

1) Ensure that the headphones are fully charged, switched on, paired with, and connected to your device.

2) Confirm if your device supports Bluetooth.

3) Check the headphones are within 12 meters(39 feet) of your device and there are no obstructions(such as walls or other electronic devices)between the headphones and the devices.

4) Please reset it: Press and hold the volume up and down button simultaneously for 7 seconds after power on to clear the Bluetooth record.

OneOdio A70/A30 flashing blue light?

For this issue, could you please check the tips below first?

1. Press and hold the volume up and down button simultaneously for 7 seconds after power on.

2. Plug the 3.5 mm audio cable into the headphone, then plug out and repeat this 5 times (The action should be very fast).

3. Plug the charging cable into the headphone to see if it works.

4. Discharge headphone completely, after that, please fully charge the headphones. Then try to turn it on.


If all tips are not helpful, would you please provide us the info below:

1. Could you send us a video to show the problem better?(If is it convenient)

2. The serial number(e.g.:ONE200927Y) attached to the box (if you still have the box)

OneOdio headphones only one side works?

As for the issue, I can offer below tech solutions to try and make this right for you: (for Pro-10/Pro-30/Pro-50/Pro-G/A71/Hifi)


1) Please kindly try to plug into and pull out the cables several times to make sure a good connection between headphones and your device.

2) Please change another device to check it.

3) Please make sure the one-key mute button is fully opened, and the volume adjusting wheel can also adjust the volume of the mic. If the issue still exists, please let me know.

4) The volume adjustment key is not synchronized with the mobile phone, computer, or devices. Please turn up the volume of the mobile phone computer or other devices.


The A70 has a built-in microphone for calling on Bluetooth mode, it is not compatible with the wired boom mic.

2) Change another device to check it.

Bluetooth can't paired with TV and other devices?

1. Before pairing a device, make sure the headset is not paired with another device already, and the headset is in the pairing state (the indicator light flashes alternately red and blue).


2. Try to clear the Bluetooth history paired record on your device and search for our products again.


3. Our headsets have a wide range of compatibility. Some devices cannot be paired with other Bluetooth headsets due to their own compatibility, such as Sony devices. When some special devices cannot pair with our headsets, we recommended that you first contact the customer service of the devices.

Intermittent sound / unstable connection?

1. In ideal environment like open field, the bluetooth connection distance will be over 10 meters. Due to the physical characteristics of the Bluetooth signal itself, the Bluetooth signal may be interfered by the environment, the connection distance might be influence. Please try to change position of the headphones, and avoid thick covers, microwave oven, ticket gates, other Bluetooth device or places that generate electromagnetic radiation.


2. Signal interference may occur when a Wi-Fi® device is in use near the unit if they both use the same 2.4 GHz frequency band. Try to turn off the Wi-Fi function of the connected device or use 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi.
